Doing Yoga should be an important part of your life. Yoga has many benefits; it will help in weight loss, toning, various aches for e.g. back aches, stomach aches, etc. There are specific yoga asanas for every concern.
Taking out minimum 30 minutes of your time to do yoga or just meditation can improve your overall well being. So make time for yourself because only you can take care of yourself.
Having a proper attire for yoga is as important as doing yoga. The right attire can not only provide you with comfort but can also help you stay motivated an upbeat.
I choose a Sports Bra and Joggers as my Yoga attire.
